Einladung zum dritten Werkstattgespräch: Black Greece Matters

Das Werkstattgespräch „Black Greece Matters“ dreht sich um die zweite Generation von in Griechenland geborener Migranten, um Afrogriechen, um die Erlangung der Staatsangehörigkeit, um systemischen Rassismus und hate crime. Es diskutieren: Eleni Takou (stellvertretende Direktorin HumanRights360), Grace Nwoke (Volontärin HumanRights360 und Mitglied des Kulturzentrums Afrikanischer Kunst und Kultur Anasa), Nikos Deji Odubitan (Gründer Generation 2.0). Die Diskussion moderiert: Garyfallia Anastasopoulou (Koordinatorin des Racist Violence Recording Network). Die erste Publikumsfrage wird von Franziska Gerschler gestellt, Studentin der LMU und Teilnehmerin der Vorlesung „Black Greece Matters“. 

Das Werkstattgespräch findet am Dienstag, den 02. März von 15.00 bis 17.00 Uhr via ZOOM statt und wird in englischer Sprache abgehalten. Zur Teilnahme schicken Sie bitte eine formlose Email mit "Werkstattgespräch" an moderngreekstudies@lrz.uni-muenchen.de und Sie erhalten den Einladungslink zur Veranstaltung.

ENGLISH VERSION

The workshop discussion "Black Greece Matters" revolves around the experiences of second generation Afro-Greeks in dealing with such issues as obtaining citizenship, confronting with systemic racism and hate crime. Discussants: Eleni Takou (deputy director HumanRights360), Grace Nwoke (volunteer HumanRights360 and member of the Cultural Centre of African Art and Culture Anasa), Nikos Deji Odubitan (founder Generation 2.0). The discussion will be moderated by: Garyfallia Anastasopoulou (coordinator of the Racist Violence Recording Network). The first audience question will be asked by Franziska Gerschler , student at LMU and participant in the lecture "Black Greece Matters".

The workshop discussion takes place Tuesday, 2 March 3.00 p.m. - 5.00 p.m. To participate, please send an email with "workshop" to moderngreekstudies@lrz.uni-muenchen.de and you will be provided with the Zoom link.
